  1. After the order has been placed, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will call for confirmation and then the order shall be processed. 2. Delivery is done within 48-72 hours nationwide and within 24-48 hours from the confirmation time. 3. If the order total is below Rs. 2000/- then delivery charges will be Rs. 250/- 5. The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 2 to 3 working days. For remote areas delivery can take longer. 6. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number for a timely delivery.

  Return

  If the product is physically damaged or broken upon delivery, you should immediately notify us within 24 hours via Instagram or WhatsApp at 0321-9680222 so that we can replace your product. In case you find one, give us a call or email us. We’ll verify your claim and replace the product for you right away. Paras Herbal replacement policy is valid for 2 situations/circumstances:

  • In case you are delivered the wrong product.
  • In case the product delivered to you has some defect or issue.

  However, to complete replacement of your product, the product should be:

  • Undamaged, unused and in the condition in which it was received
  • The parcel contains its original product packaging, manufacturer’s containers, attached to the product when ordered.
